Gesser Images may collect data through a web contact form, completion of the visitors book and direct discussion with potential customers met at trade show, exhibitions, events, etc, and direct contacts. Such information will usually include full name, email, phone number, topic or images of interest, budget, and any other information potential clients choose to divulge at this stage. Additional information on potential clients’ interests to ensure an appropriate degree of satisfaction may also be collected.

We store this information in a secure database and use it to provide potential clients with quotes, discuss goods, services and arrangements, send requested information, send digital newsletters if requested or agreed, ask for feedback on services, and notifying of any changes.

Potential client and client information are never shared, sold or rented to any third parties with the following exceptions:

. When the delivery of a good or a service involves a third party, some data will be passed on to the Gesser Images agent to ensure arrangements are held.
. When we are required to provide such information by a court, administrative or governmental order or subpoena or other legal process. If we believe it is necessary to share your information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violation of Gesser Images’ terms of use or as otherwise required by law we will provide the information collected. In the event of a corporate reorganization, either by an operation of law, merger or purchase of assets, your information may be subject to a different privacy policy which we will make available on our web site.

It is our practice to provide you with an opportunity to opt out of our database in each newsletter communication and remove yourself from this distribution list by sending us an e-mail request us to remove you. You can review, update and ask us to delete your information by contacting us at info@gesser-images.com.

The Gesser Images digital newsletters are sent using MailChimp.
